Swedish Massage– This massage is designed to provide general relaxation and stress reduction. A variety of strokes are used to relax and ease the mind and body. Prefect for those stressful times to relax and put your mind at ease.
Deep Tissue– This style of massage uses varying lighter and deeper pressure to help release knots and tense areas of the body. Great for tension in the back and neck areas, this massage will help to reduce pain and discomfort caused by stressed muscles and connective tissue.
Neuromuscular Therapy– A great choice for any client with consistent discomfort in muscles or recovering from an injury. Deep pressure is placed on multiple trigger points where muscle spasms and tension commonly occur and then the muscle is stretched to help provide relaxation in the muscle. Swedish strokes are also used to help ease the muscle and provide overall relaxation as well during the session.
Hot Stone Massage
60 min- $95 | 90 min- $115
The ultimate in relaxation massages, this style is great for those cold winter months. Smooth, heated stones are both placed on the body and also used in a full body massage with regular swedish and deep tissue massage strokes. The heat from the stones assist in warming the muscles to reach deeper levels of relief while providing a deeply relaxing experience.
Pre-natal Massage
60 min- $85 | 90 min- $105
This massage is designed for the mom-to-be. Swedish and deep tissue strokes are used to help alleviate any pain or discomfort caused during the pregnancy. Clients lay on their side and are provided with pillows to make the position as comfortable as possible. All precautions are taken to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
30 min- $65 | 60 min- $95
Lymphatic drainage is based on encouraging the natural drainage of the lymph fluid, which carries waste products away from the tissues to be discarded. Lymph drainage uses a gentle, repetitive skin stretching movement that is very specific. The skin is stretched in a very specific direction and sequence to help speed to rate at which lymph fluid reach the appropriate lymph node groups for filtration and decongestion of the tissue which can be highly beneficial to the immune system.
